Tracy made the experience of selling my 93 year old father's house seem easy. We know it wasn't; at every turn we encountered a new problem whether to the state of the house (so many issues repairing plumbing, new roof, damaged exterior wood, cleaning, rodent eradication, termite infestation, outdoor property cleanup and more) or the issue with the property legal description. Prior to hiring Tracy to sell our home, we took the time to read through all of Tracy’s reviews left by other home sellers. We knew immediately Tracy was the one for the job! Tracy was very professional and knowledgeable about the real estate market. She responded quickly to text messages and phone calls. She addressed all of our concerns and we had MANY!!! Tracy is very friendly, a great people person & communicator. She wears a beautiful smile and speaks with a confident voice (which is always pleasing to the ears of buyers and sellers alike). Tracy was our 2nd agent to list our home after the home was listed for over 6 months with another Real Estate Agency/Agent. Our 1st agent showed the property 2 maybe 3 time within 6 months. My brother and I inherited an older home with a lot of square footage and almost 3 acres. The house somewhat dated. It sat on the market for months until we hired Tracy Kirkley. We had tons of showings after that and she would send the feedback. We ended up with two offers in one day and got above asking. Highly recommend!

Tracy was very helpful and easy to work with. She has so much experience in all aspects of the process, including setting a realistic price, and so we felt we were in good hands, and were getting good advice. We trusted her. At one point, we were out of town, there were some potential buyers at the house and our alarm started going off. She called and went over to the house and canceled it for us. Tracy had a tough job when she signed up with us. We had two homes that we asked her to sell, at the same time, and they were located next to each other. She was fantastic. I didn't have the best impression of Crye-Leike in my area originally because the houses seemed over priced, sat too long, and often weren't visible on websites. Fortunately, a neighbor told us to contact Tracy, specifically, and she was great. She had us listed right away, on the websites with professional photos, did the agent walk through, and got the house sold quickly. She's no nonsense and genuine. I don't like agents who come across as salespeople and that was definitely not her style. Actually, she got our house sold three times in two months! The first two buyers didn't work out and the delay in closing date from sale 1 to sale 3 was only four weeks.
