Tracy was a godsend and I couldn't be happier with her service. I live in California but inherited a house in Olive Branch, MS from my late mother. Dealing with renovating and selling a house out of state is already stressful, let alone everything else going on with closing an estate as an only child. Tracy had great recommendations for vendors and coordinated everything for me. This was my first time selling a house and she walked me through the entire process every step of the way. We had an offer 1 day after the listing went up, and officially closed 3 weeks later. All in all I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She even made a donation to St. Jude in my mother's name which was incredibly thoughtful. Highly recommended!

We were moving to the area in a very short frame of time and Tracy Kirkley was referred by our local agent. We could not have been more happy with her.
