~~As executor of my Dad's estate I needed to fix up his small home and get it sold to settle his estate. While I have owned several homes, I had not used a realtor in many years and didn't know where to begin. Tracy saw my 'For Sale by Owner' sign that I had posted in the yard and contacted me. From the first visit I was totally impressed with her professionalism. I needed someone to get me through the process and as winter was approaching I was hoping for a quick sale. By Saturday we had an offer and by Sunday a contract. She helped me through the negotiation process and recommended someone to help me with the few home inspection repairs. She stayed in contact with me through the entire process through closing. She has a very capable assistant who kept me in the loop as to expectations leading up to closing. I felt so good about the entire process and honestly could not find anything negative to report. Great relationship. Everything was so positive from the beginning to the end of the transaction.? The selling of my home and buying a new one is not typically done in 30 days like I did, but I can honestly say it would not have been possible without Tracy's knowledge and help. ~~Our family relocated to Olive Branch MS from Hot Springs AR. We were referred to Tracy through my husbands new employer. Tracy was an answer to prayer. It's not easy moving to a new state and Tracy made the process easy for us. We are self proclaimed "high maintenance" clients. We weren't always sure when we would be in town to look at homes, so many times we called Tracy on very short notice and she was always available for us. In addition, what we wanted/needed in a home changed somewhat as we began looking at homes and Tracy didn't miss a beat switching gears and showing us homes that met our "new" criteria.
