This is my second experience with purchasing a home through the Crye-Leike agency, and I have been pleased with both purchases. I've also used the same realtor/broker, Tracy Kirkley and thank her for doing a fantastic job. These are the reasons Tracy Kirkley is very good at her job. She is: 1. professional, yet friendly, 2. knowledgeable about the home buying process as well as the market, 3. experienced, 4. gives one hundred and ten percent of her time, 5. gives good advice that is beneficial for her clients, 5. is well-liked not only by her clients but also by her colleagues.

She stays in complete contact with you, she digs into the homes history deeper than what the listing says. When we sell, I know who my listing agent will be. Tracy is fun, prompt, driven and just an all around great person. She's a Rockstar in my opinion. 2021 Update: Tracy sold our home in one day, with multiple offers. She came over, gave us tips on how to stage our home in the most positive light, and explained in detail how the process would work. Her pictures were amazing and she did a video walk through that made me want to buy it all over again! She made a very stressful process not only easy, but exciting! Once we had our home under contract, she took care of everything all the way through closing and beyond. I only wish she was licensed in the state we moved. Our buyers agent was pleasant as well, but Tracy’s experience is hard to replicate. 2015- Tracy is such a pleasure to work with. She helped us buy our first home and will help us sell our first home within the next couple of years. She’s extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful.
